How does Subscribe & Save work?

Our subscription is the easiest way to keep your favorite blends flowing.

You choose the coffee or tea — we handle the rest.

Every subscription includes:

  • Exclusive savings

  • Free shipping

  • Full flexibility to pause, skip, or cancel anytime

Freshness, delivered on your rhythm.

When will my subscription ship?

  • First order: Ships within 1–2 weeks

  • Monthly orders: Ship around the 15th

  • If that date hits a weekend or holiday, it ships the next business day

  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move

We roast and pack with intention, not speed — so every bag arrives at its best.

Why does shipping take 1–2 weeks?

Because we roast fresh.

Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.

Your order is crafted after you place it, giving you the cleanest, brightest flavor possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

All payments are securely processed in Murfreesboro, TN and follow Tennessee tax guidelines.

↩️ Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Gear & Merchandise

  • Return within 30 days for a refund or Bodega gift card

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Return shipping:

    • $15 for electric items

    • $5 for non‑electric items

    • Free if you choose a gift card

  • Refunds process in 5–10 days, depending on your bank

For Fellow gear, warranty claims go directly through Fellow.
